At MSC we pride ourselves on being able to provide you (our customer) with all the products and items you require as and when you need them. As part of this we are going above and beyond by offering you a £50 voucher for any item that we advertise in our monthly Advantage promotion that is out of stock.

Our value proposition is to stock items so you don't have to! So from 4th May 2010, any monthly document with the 100% stocked logo stamped on, should have all the items you require available for you to order over the phone, by fax or online!

If for any reason your item is not available, please call our customer services team on 0800 66 33 55 who can arrange for the £50 voucher to be sent out to you, or alternatively source a replacement item for you.

Full Terms and Conditions for Offer

1. Voucher is limited to 1 per company for the life of the advantage and is valid for 30 days from date despatched
2. Voucher applies to non-discounted items only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash value £0.001p
3. Vouchers will be despatched up to 5 working days after the claim has been made.
4. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer / discount.
5. Offer is not applicable to whilst stocks last, discontinued, clearance and manufacturer direct ship items.
6. Only one voucher can be redeemed within a single transaction and can be used up to the value of £50 off non discounted items, minimum spend £100.
7. Vouchers must be presented before any sale and can only be redeemed over the phone or via fax and email orders.
8. MSC Industrial Supply reserve the right to refuse a voucher for any reason.
9. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10. An order of value must be placed in order to qualify for the £50 voucher offer.
11. Voucher can only be used for items within our catalogue and cannot be used in conjunction with any Advantage promotion or special order items.
12. Suppliers are excluded from this promotion and will not qualify for the £50 Voucher.
13. Out of stock item must be placed on back order to redeem voucher
