At MSC we always offer you a choice on which delivery you require |
- Extended ordering hours - Our extended ordering hours mean all orders for stocked items placed by phone or fax before 6pm or 7pm online are despatched the same day.
- Standard next day delivery - All orders delivered before 5.30pm. Geographical and product restrictions may apply.
- Timed Delivery Service - Our Delivery services offer you the ability to upgrade to a time guaranteed delivery. Our options are:
- Standard Next day delivery
- Next Day Pre 10:00am
- Next Day Pre 12:00am
- Saturday

| We now provide you with a one hour delivery window so you know when to expect delivery. |
Our new service offers the following:
- A notification via e-mail will be sent containing a one hour delivery window
- If the delivery date is not convenient, you can email back to change it to an alternative day from a predefined list of options
- A further notification e-mail will be sent once your goods have been despatched
You can track your order at any time via the DPD website.

- We offer a same day courier service if you need your goods urgently. Just call our Customer Service Team on 0800 66 33 55 for a same day price and estimated delivery time.
- Collect from our showroom, orders phoned or faxed through will be ready for collection within 15 minutes with MSC's express showroom service.
