- All written evidence provided must be dated within 60 days of placing and / or querying an order
- Un-validated evidence may be challenged - management reserve the right to refuse validity if prices and or source of prices cannot be proven
- Management reserve the right to honour discounts within 10% without proof of purchase / quote
- Price guarantees apply to like-for-like items of brand and part-number only
- Price match a deals also apply to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs)
- Price match and deals also apply to internet prices and marketplace websites
- Price match and deals are accepted from customers with further payment terms, including early payment discounts
- Opening offers and clearance / sale items are excluded from price match and deals
