Rust flash penetrating oil with freeze shock action for use on all seized and corroded fasteners. Ideal for bolts on equipment located outside and subjected to adverse conditions. Rust Flash is based on an advanced formulation based on the laws of thermo-dynamics which rapidly freezes rust down to -40°C causing micro-fissures to form in the rust layer. The micro-fissures enables the active penetrating ingredients to get to work deep into the thread and allows the fastener to be removed up to 10X FASTER than ordinary penetrating formulations. Rust Flash frees metal parts seized by dirt, rust, corrosion or dried-up greasy deposits. Ensures quick disassembly of mechanical components, fittings, assemblies, nuts and bolts and other close tolerance fasteners. It reduces maintenance costs through time saving and also it reduces scrap rate of seized parts. Does not contain silicones. The rapid temperature drop causes the rust to fracture, allowing the lubricating oils to penetrate faster.
