Unitised wheel material made in quick change disc. The quick change disc can be used in areas difficult to reach as the BUW material can be used on the two faces and on the external diameter. Applicable for Deburring, Cleaning, Blending and Finishing and polishing of a wide range of parts. Work surfaces are any kind of metal (stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, alloys), plastic and composite.
BUH offers all the advantages of the Non Woven products (Cool running, low loading, consistent finishing) with excellent lifespan and high resistance if used on edges or sharp parts. BUH are available in a range of different densities from soft (2) to extremely rigid (8), Abrasive grades (C-Coarse, M-Medium, and F-Fine) and two types of Abrasive mineral (S-Silicon Carbide, A-Aluminium Oxide).
