Exol 205L Excelcut 432 Neat Cutting Oil

Excelcut 432 is a highly refined, new generation, medium viscosity neat cutting oil. Excelcut 432 is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils making it pale coloured, virtually odourless and highly resistant to oxidation. Excelcut 432 contains very high levels of controlled release sulphur, chlorinated and fatty ester additives for an ultimate surface finish, extended tool life and low chip welding tendencies. It also contains special ant-mist additives for improved visibility of the work piece and healthier environmental aspects. Excelcut 432 is suitable for heavy duty machining, gear hobbing and shaping, threading and tapping, boring, multispindle and screw automatics, milling and turning on mild, medium and high tensile steels including stainless. Using special EP additives it does not stain non-ferrous materials.
