Exol 20L Excelcut 433 Neat Cutting Oil

Excelcut 433 is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils making it pale coloured, virtually odourless and highly resistant to oxidation. Excelcut 433 contains very high levels of controlled release sulphur and fatty ester additives for an ultimate surface finish, extended tool life and low chip welding tendencies. It also contains special anti-mist additives for improved visibility of the work piece and healthier environmental aspects. The lower viscosity offers very low drag out losses in operation, improved penetration, fast heat dissipation from the cutting zone and excellent swarf removal rates. Excelcut 433 is suitable for heavy duty machining, deep hole boring, trepanning, broaching and high-speed gear generation on mild, medium and high tensile steels including stainless and on non-ferrous materials. Excelcut 433 will not stain yellow metals.
