Exol Excelcut 427 Neat Cutting Fluids

Excelcut 427 is a highly refined, new generation medium viscosity neat cutting oil. Excelcut 427 is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils making it pale coloured, virtually odourless and highly resistant to oxidation. It contains high levels of chlorinated and fatty ester additives for improved surface finish and extended tool life. Excelcut 427 also contains special anti-mist additives for improved visibility of the work piece and healthier environmental aspects. Excelcut 427 is suitable for medium duty machining, milling, tapping, turning and automatic/CNC machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Chlorinated EP additives react more readily than sulphur at lower temperatures to provide a responsive light to medium cutting oil.
