Exol Excelfluid EVO GP Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluids

Multi-functional, formaldehyde free, low oil, semi-synthetic metal process fluid which produces a transparent emulsion when diluted in water. This product is a true rationalisation product and will perform most applications on a wide range of materials. Incorporates the latest non-staining performance additives to ensure complete multi-metal compatibility. Based upon synthetic and natural esters to provide excellent machining performance across a wide range of applications. Does not rely on traditional anti-foams for foam control. When in use, the emulsion produces 50% less foam compared to similar emulsion types with a 50% repeatable rapid increase in foam collapse. To be used in both soft and hard water conditions from 0 – 750ppm.
