Exol 20L Excelcut 430 Neat Cutting Oil

Excelcut 430 is a highly refined, new generation medium viscosity neat cutting oil. Excelcut 430 is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils making it pale coloured, virtually odourless and highly resistant to oxidation. Excelcut 430 is totally chlorine free, an important feature when considering fluid disposal and recycling. It contains very high levels of controlled release sulphur and fatty ester additives for a superior surface finish, extended tool life and low chip welding tendencies. It also contains special anti-mist additives for improved visibility of the work piece and healthier environmental aspects. Excelcut 430 is suitable for medium duty machining, milling, tapping, turning and automatic/CNC machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Using special EP additives, it does not stain non-ferrous materials.
