At MSC, we maintain a strong commitment to the quality of our MSC Edge cutting tools and are confident that our customers will be satisfied with their purchases - that's why we even put our name on it.  
We're so confident in the quality and performance of our tools that if you experience tool failure or premature wear when used within the recommended parameters, we'll refund your purchase.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers. 

Claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. 
Participating products only include MSC Edge branded cutting tools. 
Use of the cutting tool must not exceed the recommended cutting data advertised online and in the brochure. 
Use of the cutting tool must be with the recommended types of material stated online and in the brochure.

You must provide your details: name, company name, account number, and purchase order number. You must also share details of the cutting tool and how it was used, including the machine used, its speeds, feeds, the material, type of tool holder, method of tool holding and any cutting fluids used.  
Someone from our customer service team will be in touch with your Return Authorisation (RA) number, which you must include with your return shipment. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 

This guarantee does not apply to products used outside of their intended purpose as stated in clause 2c. 
Special orders or customised products are not eligible.
