We Give Back to the Local Community

As part of our corporate social responsibility policy, we are committed to helping our local community and encourage our teams to give back where they can.  
 
We are also partnered with local organisations including Kaleidoscope, a local mental health charity and two secondary schools in our community, Grace Academy and Shepwell.

That’s why we’ve developed a range of initiatives to develop and support our leaders, and those employees who wish to progress into a leadership role.  

Each new leader follows an 18-month programme that is part of a recognised Apprenticeship framework. As part of this, they receive professional coaching from our training partner Sisut. This training helps them to increase their self-awareness, enhance their attributes and develop the skills they need to support their teams.
